Jane graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Masters Degree in Osteopathy and gained qualifications in Acupuncture through the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
She prides herself in developing a professional yet friendly rapport with her patients and is committed to enhancing their well-being. Jane enjoys treating people from all walks of life, from the newborn to the elderly, pregnant and post-natal women and recreational and performance athletes.
Originally a graduate in the Environmental Sciences, Jane has a comprehensive understanding of how our surroundings can influence our health and what can happen when there is imbalance. With 15 years clinical experience, she adopts an integrated approach to treatment, complementing osteopathy and acupuncture with cupping, sports massage and lymphatic drainage where appropriate. All treatments and treatment combinations are tailored to the individual after taking a full medical history, conducting a physical examination, providing a working diagnosis and discussing patient preferences.
Osteopathy and Acupuncture are both recognised by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence for GP referral, however you do not need to see your doctor before embarking on a course of treatment and can self-refer. Jane is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
