Charlotte is a qualified aromatherapist and holds a btec qualification in human physiology, biology, anatomy and dermatology, giving Charlotte a deeper understanding of the body.

Aromatherapy is the use of oils extracted from plants for cosmetic and healing purposes. 

Each oil has its own set of properties from anti inflammatory to antiseptic, that Charlotte chooses for your specific ailments and blends together. She then massaged them into your body, and the healing effects can be felt almost instantly and last for weeks. This is a very relaxing treatment that almost anyone can benefit from and can help with stress & anxiety, sleep problems, sore muscles and menopause symptoms. Most people visit as a relaxing treat for themselves and a small escape from their day to day lives.
