Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time of ordering. Your payment is made through a secure system which respects the confidentiality of your card details. You are welcome to pay by cheque or personal visit if you prefer. If a refund becomes due for any reason, it will normally be made via the same card that payment was made from. We will deliver your goods to the address you specify. If you wish to give special instructions about leaving goods with neighbours or round the back of the house, we will mark your parcel accordingly, but will not accept any claim for non-delivery under these circumstances. If you do not take delivery of the parcel,we may cancel your order and retain the products, and would refund you the cost of the products but not any postage. Any error or delivery problem must be notified by email to us within 7 days from the date of ordering, or we will not be liable for any loss or damage. You may cancel your order by email up to 7 days after delivery, stating your order number and reason for cancellation. You must then return the parcel to us with the product(s) in good and resellable condition, with postage paid by you. We will not accept the return of opened product containers or if you have used the product(s). Of course, this does not affect your statutory rights concerning product quality. All products are sold for personal consumption, and not for resale to third parties. Any contract between us shall incorporate the above terms and conditions, under English law, and any dispute shall be under English courts' jurisdiction.
