Aromatherapy is massage with essential oils, which contain the power to heal both body and mind.
The process also raises levels of resistance and immunity to disease.
Pure essential oils are extracted in tiny quantities from flowers, fruits, herbs, spices, woods, seeds and roots and blended with carrier oil.
The oils prescribed for each client are based on a consultation designed to establish his or her needs.
Massage manipulates the soft tissue and muscle which stimulates the circulation, helps to eliminate toxins, breaks down fatty tissue and cellulite, rejuvenates and tones the skin, leaving you with a sense of wellbeing.
Indian Head Massage
Relieves eye strain and headaches. Improves concentration. Relieves physical and mental fatigue. Relieves stress and muscle tension. Some clients have this treatment simply because it is pleasant and relaxing.
Indian head massage improves circulation to the hair, scalp, face, neck and shoulders. As all these area are included in the treatment the hair and scalp can be massaged with or without oil. It aids the body and mind to balance.
Detox Foot Spa
A healthy body is a detoxed body, Detoxing the body can benefit:

This treatment lasts for 30min followed by a mini foot massage. Your feet are immersed in warm water, the Foot Spa is then set to an appropriate setting and ionisation levels. You sit back and relax whilst the Detox box draws toxins out of the body.
